Do my guests or clients need to install an app?

No. Everything goes through a simple link opened in their phone's browser: invitation, card, ticket, booking or waiting ticket.

Does check-in work without internet?

Yes. The list syncs to the door staff's phone ahead of time; offline scans sync when the network returns, and a ticket never gets in twice.

Who can answer a shared card?

Accepted Answer

Anyone with its link or QR code, on WhatsApp or on the card's page. You set how many companions each person may bring and a deadline; once the places are gone, the card takes no more yeses. You can remove someone at any time: their places come back.

Does Jikū collect my clients' money?

No, never. Your clients pay you directly, on your Mobile Money numbers or your own payment link. Jikū only charges for its own service.

Do my messages really go out on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API, one individual message per person. For appointment reminders, SMS takes over when WhatsApp fails.

What happens to personal data?

Every guest can request the deletion of their data from their link. After the retention period, data is anonymized automatically.

Can I put my own photo on the card?

Yes. Pick a style, Elegant, Modern or Festive, and add a banner photo. The card, the link preview, the answer page and the ticket all follow that choice.

How much does an event cost?

It's free up to 100 guests a year. Beyond that, one payment per event based on guest count: $25 (225,000 GNF) up to 300, $45 (375,000 GNF) up to 600, $70 (600,000 GNF) up to 1,000, then $0.06 (500 GNF) per extra guest. Interactive WhatsApp invitations add $0.02 (150 GNF) per guest. For a shared card, only the yeses and their companions count.

What about appointments?

It's a subscription for your team, per month: Solo is free forever for one person, Solo Plus costs $6 (50,000 GNF), Teams $17 (150,000 GNF) for 2 people then $6 (50,000 GNF) per extra person. Administrators and door staff are free, and no commission is taken on your clients.

And if I sell my tickets?

Jikū takes 3% of the price of each ticket sold, nothing if nothing sells. Sales money goes straight to you; the commission is paid ahead, by tranche of 50 tickets, your first tranche is free, and anything unused carries over.

Each member gets a personal link that only opens what you entrust to them. No account, no app, and you can revoke it at any time.
